Professor Yara Al-Saadi is a lawyer specializing in company formation, banking transactions, and drafting sales contracts, in addition to litigating civil, commercial, and Sharia law cases.

She holds a diploma in International Relations and Diplomacy from Malaysia, a diploma in International Commercial Arbitration Law from Damascus, and a diploma in Human Resources Management from Damascus. She has also received specialized training in public speaking, negotiation, and debate, as well as etiquette and protocol, through programs offered by the Junior Chamber International (JCI) - Damascus.  Furthermore, she has completed professional training in voice-over artistry in both Damascus and Saudi Arabia.

She possesses over ten years of practical experience in public relations in Damascus and Saudi Arabia, along with professional experience in branding, marketing, cryptocurrencies, and investment in both Damascus and Saudi Arabia.
