At TRONIX, we use a specific system for selecting individuals who wish to join our team. This system is based on specific criteria for identifying and selecting exceptional individuals or those who possess the potential for innovation.

volunteer member

An individual who participates in organizing events and projects, and contributes to finding trainees or sponsors. They are considered a key human resource for the organization.

trainee member

An individual who possesses the seeds of creativity, according to the organization's assessment model, and undergoes specialized training programs.

expert member

An experienced trainer or lecturer who provides annual courses or lectures in support of the organization.

Supporting member

A person who provides financial or in-kind support to the organization or sponsors a project annually
