Mr. Tarek Al-Saadi has extensive experience in management development and quality management. He boasts a diverse career spanning over 20 years in the fields of technology and operations management.

He has held several managerial and technical positions, including Quality Manager, Maintenance Manager, Development Manager, and General Supervisor in companies and organizations operating in the service sector, industrial systems, and smart technologies. He has also worked in quality system management and institutional process development in Syria, Yemen, and Turkey.

He founded TRONIX magazine, the first issue of which was published in 2003. It was the first Arabic scientific and technical magazine specializing in electronics and computers in Syria and was distributed in several Arab countries.
He also served as a consultant for "Industrial Technologies" magazine in 2011, the first Arabic magazine specializing in industrial technologies and the plastics industry.
