Mr. Majed Alsaadi is an entrepreneur and Managing Director with over 10 years of experience in recruitment, career development, talent management, and training. He is the Managing Director of Yalla Consulting, a Dubai-based boutique HR and recruitment consultancy.

He holds a Master of Science in Strategic Marketing from the University of Wollongong (Australia) and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Having grown up and worked between the United States and the UAE, he brings a strong multicultural perspective and the ability to bridge diverse markets and talent pools.

Majed has led and delivered regional and international recruitment projects across the Middle East, Europe, Africa, and Asia, hiring talent from entry-level to executive leadership roles.
