On 22/10/2025, the decision to announce the establishment of the TRONIX Foundation was issued under the number 4728, stating the following:

The Minister of Social Affairs and Labor, based on:

  • The provisions of the Associations and Private Institutions Law No. 93 of 1958.
  • The Presidential Decree No. 1330 of 1958, including the executive regulation for the Associations and Private Institutions Law.
  • Presidential Decree No. 9 of 2025.
  • The letter from the Directorate of Social Affairs and Labor in Rural Damascus No. 6363 dated 12/10/2025.
  • The requirements of the public interest.

It is decided as follows:

Article 1: A foundation named /TRONIX/ is established in the Rural Damascus Governorate, with its activities covering all territories of the Syrian Arab Republic. It is classified according to the field of work (charitable work, education and empowerment, culture, sports, entertainment, arts, development, and housing) with the following goals:

  1. Contributing to charitable work that supports education.
  2. Contributing to the provision of consultations, research, and studies.
  3. Contributing to the development of life skills and capacity building.
  4. Contributing to supporting and nurturing creativity and innovators.
  5. Contributing to the organization of recreational programs to increase social interaction.
  6. Contributing to the establishment of training and employment programs for self-reliance and income generation.
  7. Contributing to the development of local communities and urban neighborhoods.
  8. Contributing to the establishment of vocational training and career counseling programs.

Article 2: Full coordination with the relevant technical authorities regarding the activities related to its work.

Article 3: This decision is published and communicated to the necessary parties for implementation.
